    Sicherlich ein interessanter Aspekt, dass in einem Land, welches nie Kolonien hatte und einst selbst eine war, man ein Restaurant mit dem Namen Colonie beglückt. Aber egal - sehr schöne Backsteinmauern tragen sehr viel zum schönen Aussehen bei. Gepaart mit einer langen, durchgängigen Sitzbank sowie Tischen, die hier nicht eingedeckt werden, entsteht ein gemütliches, da ins rustikale gehendes Ambiente. Die große Bartheke, an der man ebenfalls Speisen kann, trägt dann ihr übriges zu dieser Atmosphäre bei. Amerikanisches Barfood, vermischt mit italienischen Einflüssen wird Ihnen hier geboten. So kann man gut nachvollziehen, dass dies ein launiger Treff im Stadtviertel ist, was dazu beiträgt, dass sich dieser Laden zumeist sehr gut füllt.
